About these terms
Abakuc Limited operates Abakuc. These terms cover access to the website and your Abakuc account. Contact [email protected] with questions. Separate written agreements govern paid engagements, repository access, and customer workloads.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and use an email address you control. Keep access to your passkeys and devices secure. Do not share an account or impersonate someone else. Email verification confirms access to an inbox; a passkey is required to complete native account setup. Organisation access is granted separately.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and only with permission for the systems and information involved. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with other users, send unsolicited messages, or submit material you have no right to use. Report suspected security issues to [email protected].
Your information and work
You retain your rights in information you provide. You permit us to process it to provide the requested service. Do not submit passwords, private keys, or confidential repository content through the onboarding form. Account registration does not authorise us to connect to your repositories or change your systems.
An evolving service
Abakuc is in active development. Features may change or be unavailable. Examples, finite proofs and test results have stated scopes; they are not a guarantee that a system is free of defects or secure in every circumstance. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
Charges and additional services
Creating an account does not purchase a subscription or authorise a charge. Any paid work, usage limits or service commitments will be agreed separately before they apply.
Suspension and closure
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats or legal obligations. Contact us to request account closure. We may retain information where needed for security, legal obligations or resolving a dispute, as described in the Privacy Notice.
Your rights and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. We will identify the version of the terms accepted during registration and provide notice of material changes. Questions or complaints can be sent to [email protected].
